SV	Ook scheidden zich van de Gadieten af tot David, in die vesting naar de woestijn, kloeke helden, krijgslieden ten oorlog, toegerust met rondas en schild; en hun aangezichten waren aangezichten der leeuwen; en zij waren als de reeen op de bergen in snelheid.
WLC	וְיֹועֵאלָ֧ה וּזְבַדְיָ֛ה בְּנֵ֥י יְרֹחָ֖ם מִן־הַגְּדֹֽור׃
Trans.	12:9 ûmin-hagāḏî niḇədəlû ’el-dāwîḏ laməṣaḏ miḏəbārâ gibōrê h^aḥayil ’anəšê ṣāḇā’ lammiləḥāmâ ‘ōrəḵê ṣinnâ wārōm^aḥ ûfənê ’arəyēh pənêhem wəḵiṣəḇā’yim ‘al-hehārîm ləmahēr:

AC	ח ויועאלה וזבדיה בני ירחם מן הגדור
ASV	And of the Gadites there separated themselves unto David to the stronghold in the wilderness, mighty men of valor, men trained for war, that could handle shield and spear; whose faces were like the faces of lions, and they were as swift as the roes upon the mountains;
BE	And some of the Gadites, siding with David, went to his strong place in the waste land, great and strong men, trained for war, expert in the use of arms, whose faces were like the faces of lions, and they were quick-footed like roes on the mountains;
Darby	And of the Gadites, there separated themselves to David in the stronghold in the wilderness mighty men of valour, men fit for the service of war, armed with shield and spear; whose faces were [like] the faces of lions, and who were swift as the gazelles upon the mountains:
ELB05	Und von den Gaditern sonderten sich ab zu David, nach der Bergfeste in die Wüste, tapfere Helden, Männer des Heeres zum Kriege, mit Schild und Lanze gerüstet, deren Angesichter wie Löwenangesichter, und die den Gazellen auf den Bergen gleich waren an Schnelle:
LSG	Parmi les Gadites, des hommes vaillants partirent pour se rendre auprès de David dans la forteresse du désert, des soldats exercés à la guerre, armés du bouclier et de la lance, semblables à des lions, et aussi prompts que des gazelles sur les montagnes.
Sch	Auch von den Gaditern sonderten sich etliche aus zu David auf die Berghöhe in der Wüste, starke Helden und Kriegsleute, die Schilde und Speere führten; deren Angesichter waren wie die Angesichter der Löwen, und sie waren so schnell wie die Gazellen auf den Bergen.
Web	And of the Gadites there separated themselves to David in the hold in the wilderness men of might, and men of war fit for the battle, that could handle shield and buckler, whose faces were like the faces of lions, and were as swift as the roes upon the mountains;
